Business Broker & M&A Advisor

THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION BASED BUSINESS WITH UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL

This is a full-time role located in Amarillo, TX, for a Business Broker & M&A Advisor. In this position, you will manage business transactions by assisting buyers and sellers in the process of evaluating, marketing, negotiating, and closing business deals. Responsibilities include sourcing businesses, conducting business valuations, preparing businesses for sale, sourcing buyers, implementing deal strategies, and supporting the overall transaction lifecycle.

You’ll work collaboratively with clients and team members to ensure smooth transactions and successful outcomes.

• Strong expertise in Business Valuation, analyzing financial statements, and calculating business worth
• Foundational knowledge of Business and Finance principles
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as part of a professional team
• Previous experience in business ownership, business sales, financial advisory, or related fields preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
