Fermi America is seeking a Safety Manager for the Matador power plant construction site in Panhandle, Texas. You will lead field safety operations, own the day-to-day site safety program, ensure OSHA compliance, and protect the workforce across contractors and subs.
This hands-on, on-site leadership role requires coordinating a team of field Safety Coordinators, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and driving an incident- and injury-free culture while keeping the project on schedule.
