Project Engineer​/Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of large-scale utility wind farm construction projects
. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-billion-dollar renewable energy projects and gain hands‑on experience supporting all phases of project delivery—from pre‑construction planning through construction and project completion.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced Project Managers, engineers, construction teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to help deliver critical renewable energy infrastructure projects.

• Support Project Managers in the execution of large-scale wind farm construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Review engineering drawings and construction documents during pre‑construction planning.
• Participate in design reviews, planning meetings, and construction coordination meetings.
• Provide on‑site support during construction to monitor progress and help resolve field issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, sourcing, materials, and construction teams.
• Track project milestones, schedules, risks, and project status updates.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Facilitate communication between field personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Support issue resolution while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within project objectives.

• 1–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, utility, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience reviewing engineering or construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at active construction sites during project execution.

• Experience supporting utility‑scale wind, solar, power generation, or EPC projects.
• Previous onsite construction or field coordination experience.
• Background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.
• PMP Certification or progress toward PMP is a plus.
