Superintendent, Construction

Location: Amarillo, Texas

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a leading general contractor delivering large-scale hyperscale data center projects.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead daily onsite construction activities from pre-construction through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, field teams, and trade partners to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, site logistics, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, and stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project progress.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering data center, mission critical, healthcare, industrial, semiconductor, or power projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a 3 weeks onsite / 1 week remote rotation and travel as required.
