Key Responsibilities Contact blood donors via telephone to recruit for blood donation and update donor records Schedule appointments while ensuring a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates Maintain daily production standards and develop knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center Proficient in using multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment Ability to commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and specific work schedules Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
