Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and attending activities for residents
• Responsible for providing professional service at all times
• Act as a liaison between residents and property staff
• Organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy
• Greet all residents warmly and professionally while presenting the community and specific apartments, communicating features and benefits
• Interact with residents and guests from varied backgrounds and walks of life; therefore, an amicable personality and unflappable disposition are a must
• Participate in outreach marketing activities regularly to obtain prospective residents
• Complete all lease paperwork and maintain resident files
• Create a comfortable atmosphere and stress‑free environment for residents and their guests by delivering remarkable customer service
• Distribute and follow‑up on renewal notices

• 2 - 3 years of Property Leasing experience
• Frequent need to see small detail and view computer screens
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and multi‑task
• Knowledge of Real Page, One Site, and Velocity rental systems required
