Our agency has proudly served the Amarillo, TX community since 2013, backed by over two decades of experience with State Farm in various roles. I’m a West Texas native and graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a B.S. in Business Management, as well as a proud mom of two and a big sports fan. Together, my team and I bring more than 45 years of combined State Farm experience.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jamie Smith‑State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Engage in conversations with existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Property/Casualty license (must be willing to obtain).
SCHEDULE
  • Part‑time, 20-25 hours per week.
  • Flexible to work with your availability within our business hours.

Compensation $16.00 per hour.
