Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet customers, process returns/refunds, perform financial transactions, and assist with customer inquiries. The role may require standing for long periods of time.

• Greet and thank customers with a smile
• Process returns and refunds accurately
• Carry out financial transactions securely
• Assist customers with questions and needs
• Maintain compliance with Walmart policies and procedures

Base hourly wage of $14‑$27 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
