Professional RV Service Advisor

Our Service Advisors are the bridge between our customers and our technicians. They communicate clearly, solve problems before they become complaints, keep repairs moving, and build the kind of trust that turns first‑time customers into lifelong customers.

You will:

• Own every customer interaction from check‑in to delivery.
• Build trust through honest communication and realistic expectations.
• Keep customers informed before they have to ask.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving.
• Prioritize urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently.
• Deliver an experience that customers remember for the right reasons.

• Have experience as a Service Advisor in RV, automotive, marine, heavy equipment, powersports, or a similar service environment.
• Can manage multiple repair orders without losing attention to detail.
• Are highly organized and thrive in a busy environment.
• Know how to communicate with frustrated customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Believe follow‑up is just as important as the repair itself.
• Understand that customer satisfaction starts with communication.
