Airline Passenger Assistant

ABM Industries is hiring an Airline Passenger Assistant to support travelers with mobility and special needs in a busy airport environment. In this role, you will provide wheelchair escort, guidance, and courteous customer service from curb to gate and arrival areas. You'll handle luggage within safety limits, assist with boarding and deplaning, and coordinate with airline and airport staff. Responsibilities

• Escort and assist passengers with mobility or special needs throughout the airport using wheelchairs and other support equipment
• Provide clear directions, information, and courteous customer service to travelers and families
• Ensure safe transfers, boarding, and deplaning while following ABM and airport safety procedures
• Communicate with airline and airport staff to coordinate timing and special assistance needs
• Handle luggage or carry-on items within safety guidelines
• Monitor passenger comfort and promptly address concerns or escalate issues to supervisors
• Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all security, ADA, and airport regulations and participate in required training
