Compensation & Benefits:

• Employee position
• Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, dental/vision insurance, malpractice insurance, dental licensure fee, 401(k) after 1 year of working, CE stipend which can be rolled over into the next year, etc. Flexible and negotiable.
• Top earnings opportunity: higher of daily guarantee of $1,500+ and experience/credentials or 33% of collections. Patients are there to exceed the daily guarantee quickly.
• One of the highest earnings opportunities in private practice; no production goals, practice at your own pace with supportive teammates. Expected earnings in the 1st year range from $350,000 to $600,000+.
• Relocation assistance / sign‑on bonus.
