Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, Texas is recruiting a BC/BE Gastroenterologist for a position with Northwest Physicians Group.
Highlights- Employed position

- Opportunity for a general GI practice along with advanced endoscopy if desired
- New physician will be busy quickly and receive strong marketing and practice support
- Large, unsaturated geographic and population catchment area of ~ 450,000 in Texas Panhandle and border states
- Shared call with community GI physicians
- Support the NWTHS mission of delivering high quality, compassionate care to Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle region
- Assess, diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the digestive system
- Perform common GI procedures and advanced procedures if desired
- BC/BE Gastroenterology required
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited residency and fellowship required
- Active, clear Texas license and DEA or ability to obtain
- Clean professional background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
