Our motto at Taylor Robinson Music is "Learn to Play From the Heart". We are looking for private music instructors who share this philosophy and teach multiple instruments.

• Teach music lessons to students (various instruments), including planning curriculum and lesson plans.
• Conduct lessons in students’ homes, your own home/studio, or via webcam (mostly in-person). Travel to students in the Amarillo, TX area as needed.
• Set your own schedule and adapt lesson plans to meet student needs.
• Manage your own time, communication with the office, and maintain professionalism.
• Wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing as required.

• Degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience required.
• Formal music training not mandatory; alternative qualifications suffice.
• Excellent communication, organization and punctuality.

Independent contractor pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience, education, and student retention rate. We provide advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing assistance to support your teaching.
