Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Architect with strong expertise in Plant Maintenance and enterprise asset management. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP S/4

HANA and hybrid environments that include a mix of on-premise, legacy, and cloud systems. This role requires experience in complex enterprise landscapes and regulated industries. Responsibilities
* Architect and lead SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions with a focus on Plant Maintenance.
* Design scalable architectures across hybrid environments (on-premise, legacy, and cloud applications).
* Support end-to-end Asset-to-Retire (A2R) processes including Asset Management, Maintenance, and Real Property management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EAM with finance, supply chain, and engineering systems.
* Provide guidance on system modernization, migration to SAP S/4

HANA, and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise governance standards.
* Support architecture reviews, solution roadmaps, and technical governance. Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance.
* Proven expertise in SAP S/4

HANA implementations and hybrid landscapes.
* Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., defense, aerospace, utilities, or pharma).
* Deep understanding of Asset-to-Retire (A2R) lifecycle processes.
* Familiarity with Real Property and enterprise asset frameworks.
* Ability to design solutions in complex enterprise environments. Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form. Company Overview:
