Location: Amarillo, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Pay Rate: $36–$38/hr on W2

We are seeking an experienced E&C Engineer to support engineering design, modeling, development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering analysis, simulation, prototype development, product validation, and root-cause analysis.

• Design, model, develop, and test engineering systems, machines, or structures
• Develop functional requirements and engineering specifications
• Perform simulations and prototype evaluations
• Design and validate components and integrated systems
• Monitor product quality and process efficiency
• Evaluate design effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety
• Perform root-cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering
• Experience in product/system design and development
• Experience with CAD and simulation tools
• Knowledge of testing, validation, reliability, and root-cause analysis
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
