Mission-Critical Project Engineer – Data Center; On-Site

We’re looking for a Project Engineer with at least a year of commercial construction experience to join our team. If you’ve worked on hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects, that’s a big plus! This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, great at solving problems, and loves working with a team to get projects done right.

What you’ll do:

• Keep project documents organized from start to finish
• Track change orders, RFIs, submittals and closeout documents
• Join meetings and take notes when needed
• Work with field crews, providing clear instructions and quality standards
• Do regular site walks to check on schedules, coordination and quality
• Team up with VDC/BIM/prefab staff as needed
• Connect with vendors, contractors and suppliers to keep things moving
• Read blueprints, submittals and technical documents
• Tackle challenges in a fast-paced construction setting
• Pitch in on other tasks to help the project and team succeed

What you’ll need:

• At least one year of project engineering experience in commercial construction (bonus points for hyperscale or data center work)
• Familiarity with electrical equipment, schematics and specs
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Great communication skills to keep everyone in the loop
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Comfortable working with diverse teams, vendors and contractors
• Ready to thrive in a busy, team-orientated environment
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Amarillo, TX
