Structural Engineer

This is a growing small business specializing in Structural Engineering design. The firm is dedicated to helping clients achieve exceptional project value through innovative, flexible, and client-focused design approaches. Projects include new building constructions, existing building renovations, and industrial structures.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Structural Engineer based in Amarillo, TX. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing calculations, conducting structural analyses, and developing efficient, safe engineering designs. The role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver tailored solutions for a variety of projects, including new constructions and renovations. Additional tasks include creating detailed plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, and working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering principles
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in performing Calculations and Structural Analysis
• Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering, preferred
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or Engineer In Training (EIT) license required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams
• Prior experience with building construction, renovations, or industrial structures is advantageous
