The City of Amarillo is seeking a Treatment Plant Operator III to oversee operations and ensure the quality of effluent in accordance with regulations. This full-time position requires a minimum of three years of experience in wastewater treatment operations and a TCEQ Class B certification.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant processes, maintaining records, and training other operators. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic indoor and outdoor environment.
