- Support electric distribution reliability and outage investigations, including CEMI/DEMI analysis
- Assist with protection and coordination studies for distribution feeders and equipment
- Support capital project development and distribution system improvement initiatives
- Participate in field visits to substations, distribution facilities, and construction projects
- Utilize utility engineering software and databases to evaluate system performance and operating conditions
- Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to solve real-world electric utility challenges
- Current student, Sophomore or higher
- Enrolled in an ABET accredited college or university
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Able to work full-time during the summer, up to 40 hours a week
- Able to work part time during the school year, up to 20 hours a week
- Able to commute to the designated work location in-person, per the hybrid work policy
- Interest in the energy industry and the future of energy (preferred)
Demonstrates capabilities in electric distribution reliability, outage investigations, and utility engineering software utilization. Strong interest in the energy industry and commitment to supporting capital project development and system improvement initiatives.
