Senior Accountant – Inventory & Systems

• Inventory accounting, costing, and related controls
• Supporting and enhancing ERP usage (Net Suite experience a strong plus)
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory valuation and financial reporting
• Partnering with operations to translate business activity into clear financial insight
• Supporting month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Helping strengthen financial controls as the business scales
  
  Acting as a key finance contact for cross‑functional questions and initiatives

Over time, this role is expected to expand into broader controllership responsibilities for someone ready to grow.

• 3–7+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing, industrial, or inventory‑heavy environment preferred)
• Strong foundation in inventory accounting and cost concepts
• ERP experience - Net Suite strongly preferred, but not required
• Systems‑oriented and curious: you like understanding why numbers move
• Hands‑on, builder mindset - comfortable improving processes that aren’t perfect yet
• Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non‑finance partners
