Accounting Manager

We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to assist in a leadership role in managing the financial operations of a growing business. This individual will help oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance, while also handling all tax preparation and planning for the company.

• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
• Prepare and file all federal, state, and local tax returns for the business
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and produce accurate financial statements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Must have experience in some type of agricultural setting; commodities, cattle, grain/feed, etc.

• Compensation: $85,000-$105,000, depending on experience
