Position Overview:

As a Provider
, you?ll be the most trusted relationship the patients have in our office. You?re obsessed with getting to the root cause of a patient?s issues
, cross referring to other in-house departments that benefit your patients
, and a continuous hunger to learn more and bring new, innovative treatments to the practice
. You're equal parts patient care and practice growth!

Your Responsibilities:

Patient Care

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based approaches that identity and address root causes of illnesses
• Educate patients regarding prevention, health lifestyle choices, and disease management

Professional Growth

• Learn current clinic procedure offerings you may not be familiar with such as hormone replacement therapy, regenerative musculoskeletal injections, Sclerotherapy, and many others based on interest
• Stay up to date with new developments in the functional medicine realm
• Contribute ideas for improving current offers and generate ideas for potential future offers

What You Bring:

• FNP or PA license (active and unencumbered)
• 3+ years of clinical experience (can be undergraduate experience as well)
• A passion for integrative or holistic wellness
• Integrative/Functional Medicine experience or genuine interest to learn
