B. Miller Medical Center -  - Responsibilities:
Delivers food trays to patient rooms and provides service (pouring beverages, removing plastic coverings, setting trays for patient access);
Checks patient trays before leaving kitchen area to ensure items are present (no more than one error per day);
Gathers and delivers floor stock; rotates stock in refrigerator; discards outdated products;
Washes dishes, pans, and utensils for patients, cafeteria, and catering;
Sanitizes patient carts daily; empties trash in the food service area;
Ensures Dietary Department meets State, Medicare, The Joint Commission, and other regulations; attends department meetings
