What You'll Do As a key member of our front office team, you will help ensure a smooth, friendly, and efficient experience for every patient:
- Process, fax, and securely manage HIPAA-compliant medical records
- Obtain and manage insurance authorizations for patient care
- Verify insurance benefits via phone and email with various payors
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of medical receptionist experience
- A friendly, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in the business side of healthcare operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
