Come work at the largest inpatient rehab system in the country on a large interdisciplinary team. Patients have an average length of stay of 22 days, with a 90% return‑home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
Qualifications & Requirements- Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- Must be detail‑oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team‑building personality style
- Servant leader mindset
