Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm;
Friday 7:30 am – 2:00 pm (additional hours / rotating Saturdays may be requested as needed)

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and promptly
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 or more years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or hospital environment
• Current or prior Lab Corp experience

• In lieu of work experience, a phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
• Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

This role will work in our client’s office setting to provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and an employee stock purchase plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
