Rehabilitation Hospital SLP Position

Responsibilities Include

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
• Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
• Tracking, documenting, and monitoring patient performance and responses to treatment.
• Celebrating patient milestones and improvements.

• Current state licensure or certification.
• Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree with relevant experience acceptable.

• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
• Commitment to patient care and professional growth.
