Role
Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice, including assessment, care planning, treatment, and consultation for a general rehab caseload.
Key ResponsibilitiesParticipates in interdisciplinary team processes, offers training to caregiver staff, develops clinical programs, supervises licensed therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as needed.
QualificationsRequires good computer skills, effective communication in English (verbal and written), and a current state Occupational Therapist license. BLS certification is mandatory upon hire. Experience in long-term acute care and rehab is preferred.
Additional DutiesReports timely, adheres to policies and procedures, and performs other duties as assigned.
