Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist, dedicated to transforming lives through communication therapy across all age groups. Responsibilities Include
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools and observations.
- Developing individualized treatment plans for communication, cognitive, and swallowing goals.
- Implementing targeted therapy interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Providing education to patients and families to support ongoing progress.
- Participating in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed.
- Maintaining accurate documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), pending ASHA certification.
- Active Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Preferred:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. - BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices across age groups.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
