Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist, dedicated to transforming lives through communication therapy across all age groups. Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools and observations.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for communication, cognitive, and swallowing goals.
  • Implementing targeted therapy interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Providing education to patients and families to support ongoing progress.
  • Participating in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration.
Qualifications Include
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), pending ASHA certification.
  • Active Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Preferred:
    Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
Skills Required
  • Proficiency in evidence-based practices across age groups.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.

    Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
