Speech Language Pathologist ​/ Pediatrics ​/ Sign-On Bonus

Role: Speech Pathologist/Therapist responsible for providing speech and language evaluations and treatments, under supervision, to a designated patient group. They may also orient staff and students and assume supervisory duties in absence of the supervisor.

• Perform assessments and deliver therapy in accordance with hospital policies.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (CF accepted).
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong evaluative and decision‑making skills.
• Physical ability to lift, transfer patients, and stand for extended periods.
• Sensory skills to identify clinical signs and symptoms.
• Capacity to handle stressful situations and respond to emergencies.
