Under general supervision, the Speech Pathologist/Therapist is responsible for providing speech and language evaluations and treatments to a designated patient group, ensuring high-quality patient care
. They may also orient staff and students and assume supervisory duties in their absence

Assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. They may also be involved in staff training.
QualificationsA Master's level SLP/CF and current state licensure
. Candidates must have excellent communication skills
, the ability to evaluate clinical signs
, and physical capacity to lift and transfer patients

Strong decision-making, sensory perception
, and stress management abilities. The role involves prolonged walking and standing and responding to emergency situations.
