Set your own PRN schedule

Provide one-on-one care in patients' homes

Earn additional compensation through COTA supervision

Focus on meaningful patient outcomes—not productivity quotas

Complete in-home evaluations for pediatric and adult patients

Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals

Supervise COTAs and review documentation for accuracy

Provide follow-up visits as clinically appropriate

Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress

Active Texas Occupational Therapist license

Minimum 1 year of OT experience

Current CPR-BLS certification

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

$65–$70 per completed visit

$5 for each visit completed by assigned COTAs
