The Chaplain is responsible for providing spiritual and supportive care to the patients, families, and employees of Baptist St. Anthony?s Health System.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
- Holds ordination or endorsement by a denomination or religious organization.
- Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Completed 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education, or related professional certification.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of work providing spiritual care in a health care facility, or 5 years of work providing spiritual care in a church or institutional setting.
- Master's Degree in theology, religious education, or related field from an accredited Seminary or Graduate School.
- Completed 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education, or related professional certification.
- Effective knowledge of the spiritual and emotional needs of persons and the ability to make appropriate interventions.
- Functions effectively under stress and in a dynamic environment.
