Personal Care Attendant

Professional Case Management is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant to provide in-home support to clients with complex medical needs, including former energy workers and their families. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and personal hygiene, while observing and reporting changes in condition to the clinical team. You'll help maintain a safe, clean home environment and offer companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and support for clients with complex medical needs under clinical direction
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns to supervising clinicians
• Support safe use of medical and mobility equipment as instructed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for clients
• Accurately document care provided according to agency standards
• Collaborate with nurses and other team members to follow individualized care plans
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and respectful communication to clients and families
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times
• Participate in required training, competencies, and ongoing development programs
