Responsibilities

The Registration Assistant is responsible for facilitating and processing registrations, ensuring accuracy in data entry, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. This role may involve handling confidential information, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, clerical or administrative work.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Knowledge ofHIPAA.

Preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in abusy clinical setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency may be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
