We are growing our travel team and are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who would enjoy assisting clients with planning cruise vacations. Whether you are an experienced cruiser or simply have a passion for travel, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. In this role, you'll learn how to help clients plan everything from Caribbean getaways and Alaska adventures to Mediterranean voyages and luxury cruise experiences while developing valuable travel industry knowledge.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with planning cruise vacations and travel experiences
- Research cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, and accommodations
- Recommend vacation options based on each client's needs and budget
- Build customized travel itineraries
- Stay informed on cruise promotions, destinations, and travel updates
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process
- Passion for travel and cruising
