Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Deliver and service patient meals, sanitation in food service department including dish washing, cart washing, pots and pan washing and emptying of trash;
Follow sanitation guidelines set by the State of Texas Health Department;
Deliver food trays to patients' rooms and provide beverage service and tray setup;
Check patient trays before leaving the kitchen to ensure all items are on the tray;
Wash dishes, pans, and utensils for patients, cafeteria and catering
