Aramark Nexus is seeking experienced Director of Operations candidates who are interested in future on-site leadership opportunities across Nexus locations throughout the United States. This role is designed for a builder, operator, and hospitality leader who can help stand up, open, stabilize, and scale a large Nexus workforce hospitality community. This is not a general administrative operations role. The ideal candidate will bring direct experience leading lodging or hotel operations, rooms division, guest services, housekeeping, accommodations, and food and beverage operations in a complex service environment.

Nexus opportunities are often located in remote or unique workforce community environments where our teams support large-scale hospitality, food service, lodging, facilities, residential, transportation, recreation, wellness, housekeeping, maintenance, retail, safety, and guest services operations. These roles are built for leaders who can bring structure, urgency, discipline, and hospitality standards to complex on-site operations. The Director of Operations works hand in hand with the VP and Managing Director to execute the operating model, lead department heads, solve issues, support the resident guest experience, and keep the full property moving in the same direction.

This person must understand both the guest-facing experience and the back-of-house systems that make a large property work.
