This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Amarillo, TX for a Human Resources Leader. The Human Resources Leader will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation, while maintaining compliance with all laws and regulations. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, supporting employee development, implementing HR initiatives, and enhancing organizational culture. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with school administrators and district leaders to ensure alignment with AISD's mission and goals.

• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Policy Development
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, and Change Management
• Knowledge of Compliance, Employment Laws, and Best HR Practices
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem‑Solving Skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus
• Prior experience in educational institutions or public sector organizations is advantageous
