Amarillo College is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact for assigned departments. You will manage the employee lifecycle and provide responsive, employee-centered HR support to supervisors and staff as part of the HRBP model.
Responsibilities include workforce planning, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, leave, policy interpretation, performance management, retention, and separation processes, partnering with HR specialists across the college.
