We’re looking for a motivated, licensed Property & Casualty professional to join our Farmers Insurance family. To make your transition even better, we’re offering a $500 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
This is an hourly position in a flexible, welcoming, and supportive office environment. As our Client Service Specialist, you will manage day-to-day client service needs, help resolve policy questions, and play an important role in strengthening client relationships and improving retention.

- As a Client Service Specialist, you will be providing world-class service to our existing policyholders by managing phone calls, assisting with billing, processing new business transactions, and handling cross-selling opportunities. Bonuses are based on referrals, customer reviews, agency growth and retention.
- Licensed P&C
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly phone presence and customer-first mindset
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software (CRM experience a plus)
- Ability to learn insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures
