Base pay: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors.
• Maintain a positive customer focus during fast‑paced shifts.
• Perform safety sweeps, correct unsafe conditions, and follow forklift spotting and hazardous‑materials procedures.
• Clean all facility areas—including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles, operating floor scrubbers, and handling cardboard, plastic, and trash—per environmental program.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates, responding to spills and performing necessary maintenance.
• Maintain chemical supplies and arrange replenishment when low.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Physical fitness: able to stand an entire shift and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and work in a fast‑paced environment.
