A construction materials company is looking for a Quarry Plant Maintenance Lead to supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment at their Channing, Texas Quarry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of heavy equipment, welding, and mechanics, along with strong leadership and communication abilities. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance staff, performing repairs, managing maintenance programs, and ensuring safety compliance.

A high school diploma and several years of experience in aggregate operations are preferred.
