Maintenance Director; Facilities

As a Maintenance Director (Facilities), you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, and supporting our team in delivering high-quality patient care.

As a Maintenance Director (Facilities), you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled maintenance professionals in performing routine maintenance and repairs on all facilities, equipment, and systems. Your expertise will ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, monitoring equipment performance, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high-quality work performance

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and develop schedules for maintenance and repairs

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities

• Monitor and control maintenance costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and effective delivery of maintenance services
