Route Service Manager
Uni First is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives. The role focuses on overseeing the team that delivers services to multiple customers daily, driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location.
Responsibilities- Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.
- Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team performance in customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with location management to provide best customer service and product programs.
- Negotiate customer contract renewals.
- Business savvy and innovative to increase profit and customer satisfaction within the location.
- Results‑driven relationship manager, willing to roll up sleeves and support team and customers.
- Experience working with a team of Route Service representatives and supervisors to develop them.
- Individuals who drive personal vehicles must comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per Uni First's standards.
- High School Diploma or GED – bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Ability to problem‑solve and handle various customer service situations.
- Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team.
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- 21 years of age.
- Valid non‑commercial driver’s license in the state of residence.
- Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
