Role OverviewThis position requires in‑role training at an operating site for 6+ weeks, located 50+ miles from the home site. All travel accommodations will be booked and paid for by Amazon.

We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role you will maintain customer expectations, ensuring orders are delivered on time to the right location, lead and develop a salaried and hourly team, and uphold the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
Managers provide tools for success and drive improvements through data‑driven decisions and analytical problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities- Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
- Lead large‑scope projects with site and regional impact.
- Create and implement productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
- Lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as continuously climbing and descending stairs.
- Working in an environment where noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments, and grocery locations include refrigerated environments).
- Working a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
