Cintasis seeks a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; overseeing team performance; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; resolving customer-related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining a high level of satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; managing a budget and addressing operational issues.

Hands‑on support of direct reports includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, assisting in the pick‑up and delivery of products or services, driving company vehicles to customer locations, and lifting, carrying, and walking Cintas products while maintaining world‑class service.

Required

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred

• Experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
