As an EHS Operations Program Manager, you will drive continuous improvement across Google's EHS operations. You will independently manage the full lifecycle of programs, proactively identifying, organizing, and leading activities that drive business, operational, and technical EHS improvements. This includes addressing complex, cross-functional challenges, utilizing program management methodologies to effectively monitor and manage programs and stakeholders. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
