YourMission &
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers, front‑end loaders, excavators, and additional quarry equipment safely and efficiently to minimize the risk of incidents or damages.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure all machinery is functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with the site management team to plan and oversee the movement of materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Adjust operational controls and settings as needed to meet project goals.
- Identify when maintenance, repairs, or replacements are necessary to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area, reporting any safety incidents or potential hazards without delay.
- Engage in ongoing training and strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Work in unison with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and efficient material movement.
- Demonstrated experience as a Heavy Machinery Operator, ideally in a quarry or similar industrial environment.
- Valid certification for operating heavy machinery.
- Insight into production processes, quality control, and methods for optimizing material distribution.
- Thorough understanding of industry safety regulations and standards.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform minor equipment repairs.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
- High physical fitness and strength essential for the role.
- Willingness to complete pre‑employment screenings as required by SRM.
