Pallet Builder​/Repair

Job Overview

As a Pallet Repairer, you’ll build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to satisfy customer needs. This piece‑rate position rewards higher productivity: the more pallets you repair, the more you earn.

$16.00 per hour + piece rate.

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 2:30 pm.

• Receive wood from the saw shop and assemble pallet components using a nail gun and stringers.
• Stack finished pallets by hand for forklift operators.
• Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself and coworkers.
• Maintain high quality standards while meeting a high volume of production.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets that weigh about 50 lbs. regularly.
• Previous experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing is highly preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and air particulates.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50–75 pounds and frequent bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, and standing throughout the shift.
